Payton Robinson

Payton is a first-year Masters student, originally from Fairhope, Alabama, earning her MS in Human Nutrition through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Upon completing her undergraduate degree at Elon University in North Carolina in 2023, Payton took time to work for Elon Dining, an Aramark account, and to volunteer for FARE, Food Allergy Research and Education as a passionate advocate for research related to dietary restrictions. She is excited to continue her academic career at the University of Alabama where she plans to continue her education after completing her master’s program, as well as earn her credentials as a registered dietitian.

Isabel Johnston

​Isabel is a senior from Cumming, Georgia, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition, complemented by the Accelerated Master’s Program in Human Nutrition and the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Isabel’s future aspiration is to become a registered dietitian.

Mallory Sublette

Mallory is a senior from Palmyra, Missouri studying Interdisciplinary Human Environmental Science with a minor in Human Nutrition. She joined the lab in September 2024. Upon graduation, Mallory will be attending the Master of Business Administration program at The University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business.

Neve Perez

​Neve Perez is a senior majoring in Food and Nutrition. Neve began her time at the University of Alabama following the completion of her associates degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson and Wales University. She is excited to have joined the lab in September of 2024, and aspires to become a registered dietitian.

Emma Grace Cullop

​Emma is a third-year undergraduate student from Johnson City, Tennessee. She is working towards completing her degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. Her future plans are to complete her Masters in Nutrition at the Capstone by Spring of 2026 and then begin her Dietetic Internship.
